A case where 12 door frames were successfully stored within the limited dimensions of a portable cart!

We would like to introduce a case of a transport and packaging cart designed and proposed by our company for automotive door frames. We received a request from a customer to store these automotive door frames near the assembly process of the automotive production line, and we proposed an efficient loading solution for the specified cart. As a result, we successfully stored 12 door frames within the limited dimensions of the cart, improving transport efficiency. In transport packaging, the key points are to "load the work efficiently" and to create a structure that "does not cause quality defects such as scratches or dirt." Among the damages to transported goods within Japan, a significant portion, accounting for 77%, is caused by dynamic stress believed to result from substantial external forces applied to packaged goods, such as "breakage, bending, denting, and deformation."
